Microsoft Whiteboard is accessible on Surface Hubs. You can utilize the standalone Whiteboard app or collaborate during a Microsoft Teams meeting.Â
Using Whiteboard in a Teams meeting

Join the Teams meeting.

Select Share content > Microsoft Whiteboard to begin from any of the devices joined to the meeting.
Note: We recommend starting the whiteboard from one of the other devices in the meeting, as this will create a whiteboard on OneDrive storage with added functionality.
Starting a new whiteboardÂ

Tap or select the Whiteboard button on the Start screen.

If you want to collaborate or save the board for future use, choose sign in.
Note: If you don’t sign in at the start of the session, you will only have the option to export the board as a .PNG. To export, go to Settings > Export.
Collaborating on a whiteboard outside of a meeting

Tap or select the Whiteboard button on the Start screen.

Sign in to save the board and invite others to join you.
