In a new meeting in classic Outlook, add required attendees, the start time and the end time.

On the Location field, select Room Finder.

Under Room Finder, add details about the kind of room you need.
A list of available rooms is shown to you.

Select a room to add it to the Required field.

When you're ready, select Send.

In a new meeting in Outlook for Mac, add required attendees, the start time and the end time.

Click in the Location field and select Browse with Room Finder.

Under Room Finder, choose the room specifics.

Select the Scheduling Assistant to find availability for people and rooms.

Select Send.

In a new meeting in new Outlook, add required attendees, the start time and the end time.

Click in the Location field and select Browse with Places Finder.

Under Places Finder, add details about the kind of room you need, if necessary.
A list of available rooms is shown to you.

Select a room to add it to the Location field.

When you're ready, select Send.
