  1. In a new meeting in classic Outlook, add required attendees, the start time and the end time.

  2. On the ​​​​​​​Location field, select Room Finder.

  3. Under Room Finder, add details about the kind of room you need.

    A list of available rooms is shown to you. 

  4. Select a room to add it to the Required field.

  5. When you're ready, select Send.
