  1. In classic Outlook, in Calendar, select New Meeting.

  2. Add attendees, and then select Scheduling Assistant on the meeting ribbon.

  3. Select a time column that is available for all attendees. Increase or decrease the time of the meeting by dragging the right or left edge of the meeting column.

  4. Select Outlook Send Close Icon Send.

Tip: If, instead, you want to delay or schedule the sending of an email message, while composing that message, go to Options > More options (...) > Delay Delivery.
