In classic Outlook, in Calendar, select New Meeting.

Add attendees, and then select Scheduling Assistant on the meeting ribbon.

Select a time column that is available for all attendees. Increase or decrease the time of the meeting by dragging the right or left edge of the meeting column.

Select
 Send.
Tip:Â If, instead, you want to delay or schedule the sending of an email message, while composing that message, go to Options > More options (...) > Delay Delivery.

In new Outlook, in Calendar, select New event.

When you're ready, select  Send.
Tip:Â If, instead, you want to delay or schedule the sending of an email message, after composing that message, select the down arrow next to Send, then select Schedule send. Choose the delivery time you want, then select Send.

In Outlook for Mac, in Calendar, select New event.
