Using the screen sharing toolbar

As a presenter, hover at the top of the screen you're sharing to display the screen sharing toolbar. From the toolbar you can:

• Start or stop presenting, or give control to an attendee to share.

• Select Layout and choose: 

  •  Show content only: Just shows shared content. 

  • Standout: A cut-out of you in front of the presentation.

  • Side-by-side: You in a box next to the presentation. 

  • Reporter: Your video in the lower corner beside the presentation.

• Select More (...) to turn computer audio sharing  on or  off.

• Annotate reveals a set of pens, highlighters, shapes, text, notes, or a laser pointer to enhance your presentation live.
