Group objects to make it easier to move, position, or format in a file, or ungroup items if you'd like to work with them individually.
Group objects

Select what objects you'd like to group.
Note:Â To group several objects at once, press and hold Ctrl, and then select them.

On the Shape Format tab, select Group and then choose Group again.
Ungroup objects

Select the grouped items in your file.

On the Shape Format tab, select Group and then choose Ungroup.
