You can add or invite people to join a group even if they are not yet on Kaizala. As soon as they install Kaizala, they will see that they are already added to the group.
To join a public group:

Tap Discover at the bottom of the screen.

Tap Public Groups.

Select a group, and then tap Subscribe.

Tap Open Group.

Tap Tap to get started and choose what you want to do.
