Important: Files must be autosaved or saved to OneDrive or SharePoint. 

  1. Select the down arrow by the file name and choose Browse Version History.

  2. Choose a workbook in the Version History pane and select Open version.

  3. To restore the workbook you're viewing, select Restore in the top right.

Tip: To restore changes in unsaved worksheets, see Undo an action.
