When a GroupMe account is suspended, the user will see an error message when they try to log in that the account has been suspended due to a violation of GroupMe’s Community Guidelines, which extend upon the Code of Conduct section of the Microsoft Services Agreement.  

If you believe your account was suspended by mistake, you may submit an appeal to have your account reinstated by completing the form here.

Note: If you don’t see a suspended account message at login, you may be experiencing a login issue instead. If your account was deleted by you or someone with your password, there is no way to restore it.
