Outlook for Android is supported for the latest four versions of Android.

If you are up to date on your Android OS but are still receiving notifications about the OS not being compatible with your device, please try to clear the cache and data of the Play Store app.

To do so:

  1. On your Android phone or tablet, open your Settings app, then Apps or Applications.

  2. At the top of the screen, tap More (this could also be an ellipsis or three vertical dots), and then Show system.

  3. Scroll down and tap Google Play Services.

  4. Tap Storage and then Clear Cache.

  5. Next, tap Manage Space and Clear All Data.

  6. Open the Google Play Store.

  7. Wait for 5 minutes, then try again.
