SharePoint in Microsoft 365

The recycle bin contains deleted files, folders, or list items. It is available from a link in the left navigation pane on your SharePoint site: 

The recycle bin in SharePoint is located in the navigation pane on the left side.

If the left navigation pane isn't open on your site, you can select Settings > Site contents near the upper right of a page. You'll find a link to the recycle bin there. 

Note: Sites also have a second-stage recycle bin.
