Surface Headphones 2+ is a Certified for Microsoft Teams device when you use them on your Windows 11 PC. After you pair them over Bluetooth or plug in the included Microsoft Surface USB Link, press and release the power button to turn on your headphones and connect.
You can then use the touch controls and buttons on your Surface Headphones 2+ to control your Microsoft Teams meetings and calls—all while having great-sounding audio that’ll help you hear and sound your best.

Set up Surface Headphones 2+ in Microsoft Teams
After you pair your Surface Headphones 2+ over Bluetooth or plug Microsoft Surface USB Link into your Windows 11 PC, you can open Microsoft Teams and set up your Surface Headphones 2+ in there.
Choose Surface Headphones 2+ as your audio device

Press and release the power button on your Surface Headphones 2+ to turn them on and connect.

In Microsoft Teams, select Settings and More (...) to the left of your profile picture, then select Settings > Devices.

Under Audio devices, do one of the following, depending on the connection you want to use:

Use Bluetooth: select Surface Headphones.
After you select Surface Headphones, confirm they’re selected for the Speaker and Microphone in the Audio devices section. For Speaker, it should include (Bluetooth) in the name. -
Use Microsoft Surface USB Link: select Microsoft Surface USB Link.
After you select Microsoft Surface USB Link, confirm it's selected for the Speaker and Microphone in the Audio devices section.

What does the light on Surface USB Link mean?
If you're using Microsoft Surface USB Link, the light on it can tell you a lot. It can tell you when you have an incoming Teams call, when you’re muted, and much more.
