Symptoms

This issue occurs when you save a PowerPoint presentation that contains annotations as an XPS file in Microsoft Lync 2013 (Microsoft Skype for Business) after you rejoin the meeting. When you click Manage presentable content ->More -> Save with Annotations -> Save, the Save As dialog box closes, but the presentation is not saved. Then, when you save the presentation again, you receive the following error message:

For some reason we couldn't print to Microsoft XPS Printer. Please try again.

Note This issue also occurs when you select the Send to OneNote option in the More menu to send the presentation to Microsoft OneNote.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, install the August 11, 2015 security update (KB3055014) for Lync 2013 (Skype for Business). Note Lync 2013 was upgraded to Skype for Business in April 2015.
