An update is available that resolves an issue in which you may receive a Stop error message that resembles the following after you try to upgrade a Microsoft Surface RT device from Windows RT to the release version of Windows RT 8.1:

This update will be dynamically integrated into the installation process when you upgrade to the release version of Windows RT 8.1.
