This article applies to Microsoft Dynamics AX for the Spanish (es) region.

Introduction

This article describes a country-specific update for Spain is available to use fiscal data from invoice account for AP in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3.

More information

In a purchase order, when the invoice account is different from the vendor account, sales tax information is not taken from the invoice account: sales tax group, tax number, and the vendor group. Therefore, the invoice is created with the values of the vendor account instead. To address this issue, the parameter Use fiscal data from invoice account is added to AP parameters form on Invoice tab (similar to AR parameters). This parameter trigs the default behavior for fields filling when PO is created. It has three options to select:

  • Never – standard behavior. For example, info is defaulting from vendor account.

  • Always – info is taken form invoice account (the requested behavior).

  • Ask – a prompt message appears at order creation moment to either use info from invoice account or from vendor account.
