INTRODUCTION
This article describes that a country-specific update to update the cross-border services report in Austria is available in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 SP1, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 and Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2.
More Information
According to the legal changes from year 2013 in Austria, you must report yearly services that are purchased and sold across borders if you meet certain thresholds for certain service types in countries.
To comply with the changes, the country specific update is available to add a new quarterly report that is called Reporting Concept II (Meldekonzept II) in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 SP1, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 and Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2.
The Reporting Concept II report combines two old reports that contain information per countries/regions and information per service codes. You can set the content of the report to include selected countries and services for calculation. In this situation, total sums for countries and the grand total will be displayed in the report.
Hotfix information
A supported hotfix is available from Microsoft. However, this hotfix is intended to correct only the problem that is described in this article. Apply this hotfix only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem. This hotfix might receive additional testing. Therefore, if you are not severely affected by this problem, we recommend that you wait for the next software update that contains this hotfix.

Validation of the application hotfix installationTo validate the installation of the application hotfix, open the SysHotfixManifest class in the Application Object Tree (AOT). Then, verify that there is a method whose name includes the Knowledge Base (KB) article number of the installed hotfix. Additionally, you can cross-check the affected objects by comparing the KBXXXXXX.txt file against the objects in the AOT. By doing this, you can make sure that the objects are changed correctly in the SYP layer or in the GLP layer.
Note The XXXXXX placeholder represents the KB article number of the installed hotfix.
