If you're having issues with the Weather app, you've come to the right place.
There are a few simple things that you can do to resolve most issues with MSN apps.-
First, be sure that you have a connection to the internet. If you are on a mobile device and away from Wi-Fi hotspots, be sure that you have allowed the device to use your cellular service.

Next, be sure that you are signed in with your Microsoft account and that you are using the same Microsoft account on devices that you want to share information.

If you are using the app for the first time, it may download updates and some features may respond slower than expected.
If you see a specific error message, send feedback from within the app and include the error message in your feedback.

Open the app Settings.

Tap Options, on the right side, find the Unit section.

Tap the slider to change to Celsius or change to Fahrenheit.

Open the app Settings, tap options.

Tap Launch location, select a home location or current location.

Search for the location.

Use the favorites icon at the top right to add the location to your favorites list.

Tap and hold any location. Delete it, by tapping the “X”.

Use the search field at the top of the screen to find the weather for any available location.

Swipe to the Maps section to display maps for your current location.

To see maps from another location, search to find a new location.

When the new location loads, swipe to the maps section to see maps for that location.

Tap any tile to view the animated map.

Tap or select the Play/Pause button to view animations.

If your current location isn't being detected it might be because you're in a region where location detection is disabled such as China, Macao or Taiwan.
Some smaller locations may not have weather data available. If your current location’s weather data is unavailable, the Weather app will show you data from a nearby location. You can choose to use this larger location for your weather.If you have tried the 3 basic steps at the top of this article and still have this problem, please provide feedback from within the app and provide as much detail as you can.
To fix this, remove one of the locations from your favorites list:
