Symptoms
A user only starts an application sharing in Microsoft Lync 2013. For example, the user shares an application by using a laptop and provides the audio or video by using Lync Room System. When bandwidth is low, the application sharing will update slowly.
Resolution
To resolve this issue, install the following update:
