We've considered it, but we don't expect to see BioConductor packages hosted on MRAN in the next few months.In the meantime, you might want to check out miniCRAN. Its latest version supports creating your own repository that includes CRAN and BioConductor packages.https://github.com/andrie/miniCRAN
