Symptoms

AVMCUSvc.exe crashes when many network adapters are installed in Microsoft Lync Server 2010 A/V Conferencing Server.

Notes

• AVMCUSvc.exe is the process name of the Audio Video Multipoint Conferencing Unit service.

• A/V Conferencing Server means Audio/Video Conferencing Server.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, install the February 2015 Cumulative Updatefor Microsoft Lync Server 2010 Unified Communications Managed API 3.0 Runtime.
