When you move back or forward on a webpage in Internet Explorer 11, you do not return to the same position you were at previously. The top of the webpage is displayed first and then the position in which you browsed.
To resolve this issue, install the most recent cumulative security update for Internet Explorer. To do this, go to Microsoft Update.
