Symptoms

Assume that you use Internet Explorer 10 on a computer that is running Windows 7 or Windows 8. You have an iFrame in a Div on a webpage. In this situation, when you click the button to set the Div's display style to "none," the contents of an ActiveX control or any other control that loads in the iFrame are not hidden. For example, a PDF document in the ActiveX control is not hidden.

This issue occurs when the webpage is loaded in Standard Mode in Internet Explorer 10.
