The enhanced transfer workflow in DAX Copilot for Dragon Medical One enables you to seamlessly transfer your content into your EHR with a voice command.
Steps to transfer from DAX Copilot to your EHR
-
Open the desired summary from the Summary tab in DAX Copilot for Dragon Medical One.
-
Place your cursor in any editable text field in your EHR.
-
Turn on Dragon’s microphone and say a transfer voice command (transfer all, transfer selected, or transfer [section]) to transfer the text to your EHR automatically.
Notes:
-
This functionality currently works with Oracle/Cerner MPage and on the desktop only.
-
If you use the copy icon
or the [Copy all] or [Copy selected] buttons in the DAX Copilot window, you must paste with a voice command ("paste that") or use Ctrl-v on your keyboard; all the copied text is pasted where your cursor is positioned and does not automatically transfer to the corresponding EHR section(s).
What the voice commands do
Transfer all: Content from all DAX Copilot sections transfers to the corresponding sections in your EHR.
-
Say: "Transfer all"
Transfer selected: Content from the selected DAX Copilot section(s) transfers to the corresponding sections in your EHR.
-
Say: "Transfer selected"
Transfer [section]: Content from a specific DAX Copilot section transfers to the corresponding sections in your EHR.
-
Say: "Transfer HPI", "Transfer PE", "Transfer Physical Exam", "Transfer Assessment and Plan", "Transfer A and P", etc.
Important: The DAX Copilot assessment and plan transfers to each diagnosis in the EHR if there is an exact match. Any diagnosis content in DAX Copilot that doesn't have an exact match transfers to the last A&P section.
