Symptoms

Assume a client uses an empty context to invoke the Microsoft Distributed Connectivity Services (DCS) service in Microsoft Customer Care Framework (CCF) 2009. In this scenario, a service thread uses the previous context that another client initialized.

Cause

This issue occurs because a thread static variable is set to the context value of the previous client call when the current client call does not pass any context.
