2760495 Office 2010 freezes when you try to open or create IRM-protected content

Assume that you add a Microsoft Visual Studio Tools (VSTO) add-in or a COM add-in to the Quick Access Toolbar (QAT) for a specific document in Microsoft Word 2010, Microsoft Excel 2010, or Microsoft PowerPoint 2010. In this situation, when you close and reopen the document, the add-in button has disappeared from the QAT.
Note This issue does not occur if you add the add-ins to the QAT for all documents.
