Consider the following scenario:
You insert a drop-down list content control into a document in Word 2013.
You save and then reopen the document.
You change the value of the drop-down control.
You click the drop-down list.
In this situation, Word 2013 crashes.
Consider the following scenario:
You configure a resource forest that contains an Exchange server.
You configure a user forest that contains user accounts, and one of the user accounts is associated with a computer that has Outlook 2013 installed.
In this situation, you experience one of the following issues:
When you run an email configuration test, the test fails.
When you set up an automatic reply, you receive the following error message:
Your automatic reply settings cannot be displayed because the server is currently unavailable. Try again later.
A supported hotfix is available from Microsoft. However, this hotfix is intended to correct only the problem that is described in this article. Apply this hotfix only to systems that are experiencing the problem described in this article. This hotfix might receive additional testing.
