I use R64 on Mac OS X Version 10.6.2, which is supported by 3GB RAM. My current research involves using Parallel R for computation purposes. I do not wish to install Rosette on my machine. But 32-bit REvolution for Mac works on Rosette Platform. Is there an alternative? and can I use R64 along side REvolution? Answer : Yes you can use R64 along side REvolutiion. This is tested and works fine.
Does 32-bit Revo R run alongside CRAN-R 10.1 64-bit on Mac OS-X 10.6.2?
