Symptoms
In the Outlook on the web (OWA) Virtual Directory, when you hover over features such as Weather, Places, Events, and Interesting Calendars, an error window appears. You expect that hovering over the feature will display a tool tip that describes the feature.
Resolution
To fix this issue, install one of the following updates:
Cumulative Update 11 for Exchange Server 2019 or a later cumulative update for Exchange Server 2019
Cumulative Update 22 for Exchange Server 2016 or a later cumulative update for Exchange Server 2016
