Improvements and fixes
This security update includes improvements and fixes that were a part of updateĀ KB4598278Ā (released previous January 12, 2021) and addresses the following issues:

Enables administrators to disable stand-alone Internet Explorer through Group Policy while IE Mode is used in Microsoft Edge.

Adds historical daylight saving time (DST) updates and corrections for the Palestinian Authority.
