Symptoms
After you disable Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.0 and enable TLS 1.2, you notice that the Microsoft BizTalk Server System Center Operation Manager (SCOM) pack fails and returns an error message that resembles the following:
Error Detail:[DBNETLIB][ConnectionOpen (SECDoClientHandshake()).]
Status
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
Resolution
This problem is fixed in BizTalk Server 2016 Monitoring Management Pack. The following file is available to download from the Microsoft Download Center:
