This article describes the following issues that occur on an ARM-based platform in Windows Embedded Compact 2013:

  • Active Template Library (ATL) application throws a linking error because the CComStdCallThunkHelper function for the ARM-based platform is missing.

  • When you build in debug configuration for the ARM-based platform, Microsoft Foundation Classes (MFC) application that uses an ActiveX object throws exceptions, and crashes.

An update is available to resolve these issues. Before you install this update, all previously issued updates for this product must be installed.
