Symptoms
After you configure Microsoft BizTalk Accelerator for RosettaNet (BTARN) on BizTalk 2020, you notice that the following error may occur when you try to configure a WCF-SQL send port.
You will see the similar error when you try to configure the WCF-SQL transport type in LOB_To_PrivateInitiator and LOB_To_PrivateResponder receive locations.
Status
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
Resolution
This problem is fixed in the following cumulative update for BizTalk Server:

Cumulative Update 1 for BizTalk 2020 Accelerator for RosettaNet
Workaround
To work around the issue, follow these steps:

Export the binding file of the BizTalk application that contains the two BTARN WCF-SQL send ports.

Open the XML binding file in notepad or other text editor.

Replace all the strings: & with &
-
Import the binding back to overwrite the send port configuration.
