Summary
Microsoft Edge Workspaces helps you organize your work, browser tabs, and projects based on activities across multiple contexts. It lets you group related tabs into Workspaces in Microsoft Edge, making it easier to manage tasks, switch between projects, and work efficiently. This article explains how to create, edit, and delete Microsoft Edge Workspaces.
Keeping information organized can be challenging, especially when you’re working across multiple tasks or contexts. Microsoft Edge Workspaces helps you organize your browsing by allowing you to group related tabs into a single workspace.
The workspace lets you structure and manage tabs by project or activity, making it easier to return to your work exactly where you left off. You can use workspaces for scenarios such as trip planning, research, school assignments, or other focused tasks.
You can use Workspaces to manage projects and keep related websites and files in one place. For example:
-
If you’re working on multiple tasks, you can create a separate workspace for each one.
-
When you’re ready to continue working, open the relevant workspace to instantly access all associated tabs, without needing to search for previously opened pages.
This approach helps improve organization, reduces context switching, and makes it easier to stay focused on your current task.
