When using certain services in the Research pane for translation, you might encounter "This service did not respond." If this occurs, try the following:

Close all Office applications.

Remove the following registry key and all of its subkeys:HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common\Research\Sources\{88686849-2DD9-474D-9300-778E3336FA5D}

Open your Office application and use Research again.
