This issue occurs after you install MS15-009: Description of the security update for Internet Explorer: February 10, 2015.Note Uninstalling security update 3021952 doesn't fix this issue.
Update information
To fix this issue, install the most recent cumulative security update for Internet Explorer. To do this, go to Microsoft Update. Additionally, see the technical information about the most recent cumulative security update for Internet Explorer.Note This update was first included in the Description of the cumulative security update for Internet Explorer: October 13, 2015 (MS15-106).
