Symptoms
Assume that you use AlwaysOn availability groups (AG) in SQL Server 2017 on a Linux Pacemaker cluster. When the primary goes down, if there are one or more ASYNCHRONOUS_COMMIT replicas in the cluster, Pacemaker may promote an unsynchronized replica to the primary.
Resolution
This issue is fixed in the following cumulative update for SQL Server:
