Symptoms
In Master Data Services (MDS) 2019 web application, if you try to filter the members of an entity for numeric values that are less than or greater than '0', you may receive the following error:
Msg 8114 : A database error has occurred. Contact your system administrator
Status
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.

This issue is fixed in the following cumulative update for SQL Server:
