Symptoms
Consider the following scenario:

You have multiple send ports uploading files to multiple SharePoint Online sites.

The send ports are on the same BizTalk host instance, and the send ports are uploading files to different sites on the same SharePoint Online tenant.
In this scenario, the SharePoint adapter doesn't upload documents, and the following error is reported in the application event log of the BizTalk server:
The Windows SharePoint Services folder or document library was not found.
There is no Windows SharePoint Services folder or document library with the URL <UrlPath>.
This error was triggered by the Windows SharePoint Services receive location or send port with URI <UriPath>.

Status
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
Resolution
This problem is fixed in the following cumulative update for BizTalk Server:
