KB5016721 - FIX: Error occurs in the Event Hub send adapter when you try to publish events with data greater than 256 KB

Symptoms

Consider the following scenario:

The pricing tier for your Event Hub allows events that have a data size that's greater than 256 kilobytes (KB).
You use the Event Hub send adapter to publish an event to Azure Event Hubs.
The data size of the event is greater than 256 KB.

In this situation, you receive an error message that resembles the following message:

Too large message with size of {0} bytes cannot be sent to Event Hubs.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
