Symptoms
Assume that you use the WCF-SAP adapter send port to send many intermediate documents (IDocs) under heavy load, and the remote SAP server becomes temporarily unreachable. When the connection to the SAP server is restored, the process to send IDocs fails and returns exceptions, such as RfcConcurrentCallException, RfcSerializationException, and RfcCommunicationCanceledException. For example, you might receive an error message that resembles the following message:
SAP.Middleware.Connector.RfcCommunicationCanceledException, sapnco_utils, Version=3.1.0.42, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=50436dca5c7f7d23 client call cancelled before initiating serialization
at Microsoft.Adapters.SAP.ExecuteSapOperationsNCo.ExecuteIdocOutbound(String messageAction, Message message, TimeoutHelper timeoutHelper, String TracingEventCode) at Microsoft.Adapters.SAP.SAPOutboundContract.Execute(Message message, TimeSpan timeout) at Microsoft.ServiceModel.Channels.Common.Channels.AdapterRequestChannel.Request(Message message, TimeSpan timeout)Status
