Symptoms
Consider the following scenario:

You log on to Outlook on the web (OWA).

In Exchange Control Panel (ECP), you Open the Region and Time Zone settings, and then you change the value from "English (United States)" to "Korean (Korea)."

You return to the OWA webpage, filter or sort the list, and then check the options.
In this scenario, the field label "From" is incorrectly translated as "Start date."
Resolution
To fix this issue, install one of the following updates:
Cumulative Update 11 for Exchange Server 2019 or a later cumulative update for Exchange Server 2019
Cumulative Update 22 for Exchange Server 2016 or a later cumulative update for Exchange Server 2016
