Symptoms
Consider the following scenario:

You have a Lumia 2520 camera app installed on a Windows RT 8.1-based computer.

You start the camera app, and then start to record a video.

After 10 to 15 seconds, you stop recording video.
In this scenario, the camera app crashes.
