Symptoms
Assume that you set the EnableClientMusicOnHold parameter to false in a Microsoft Skype for Business Server 2015 client policy. When you use a Microsoft Lync Phone Edition telephone, you cannot put a call on hold.
Resolution
To fix this issue, install the November 2016 cumulative update 6.0.9319.272 for Skype for Business Server 2015.
