When you save a prompt for a Copilot agent, it remains associated with that agent while it is installed. This makes it easy to find and reuse prompts from Copilot Chat and the Copilot Prompt Gallery.
Manage saved prompts
If an agent is uninstalled, a copy of the saved prompt remains available in the Copilot Prompt Gallery. You can access these saved prompts by going to the Copilot Prompt Gallery > Try these prompts > Your prompts.
Note:Â If the agent is reinstalled, the prompt will be reassociated with that agent. This might require republishing the agent or contacting your administrator to reinstall the agent.
If the agent is no longer available for reinstallation, you can still retain the prompt in the Copilot Prompt Gallery. This allows you to copy and paste the prompt into Copilot Chat or another agent, where it can be edited and resaved.
Deleting Saved Prompts
To delete a saved prompt for an uninstalled agent, select RemoveÂ
