Microsoft Deployment Agent 2013 auto-upgrade from Update 3 RC to Update 3 RTM is unsuccessful

Symptoms

Microsoft Deployment Agent 2013 auto-upgrade from Update 3 RC to Update 3 RTM is unsuccessful. Therefore, you cannot process any further deployment requests. 

Workaround

To work around this issue, follow these steps:

1. Uninstall Update 3 RC Microsoft Deployment Agent.

2. Install Update 3 RTM Microsoft Deployment Agent.

3. Configure with Release Management Server for Team Foundation Server 2013 with Update 3.
