If you insert a Microsoft Windows Metafile (.wmf file) from the Clip Organizer, you can convert it into a drawing object. If the picture is a bitmap, .jpg, .gif, or .png file, it can't be converted into drawing objects and ungrouped.
Note: Clip Organizer was retired after Office 2010.

Right-click the Clip Organizer picture you want to modify and click Edit Picture.

Click Yes when the message box appears.

Use the tools on the Drawing toolbar to modify the objects.
