Symptoms
When attempting to move a user from on-premises Skype for Business to Teams Online using the command Move-CsUser -Identity ua0017@basil.vtdeploy.net -Target sipfed.online.lync.com -Credential $cred the operation fails with the following error:
Move-CsUser : Required Cmdlets in MicrosoftTeams module is not loaded.

To fix this issue, install the following hotfix update:
