Symptoms

Assume that you have Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) 8.1 applied on a computer that's running Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (SP1) or Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1. When you exit the RDP connection, handles are not closed. This causes a handle leak in the Remote Desktop Active X control Mstscax.dll.
