This hotfix adds a new Microsoft Outlook 2010 feature that provides better security for items that are permanently deleted. This hotfix allows Outlook 2010 to overwrite deleted data while Outlook 2010 is running, instead of only when you close Outlook 2010.

This feature is added for users that require a secure delete feature that can be used while Outlook 2010 is running.
