Microsoft strongly recommends you install the latest servicing stack update (SSU) for your operating system before installing the latest cumulative update (LCU). Prerequisite
To install any LCU dated September 10, 2024, and later, you must first install SSU KB5043936. If your device or offline image does not have KB5043936, you cannot install any LCUs released on or after September 10, 2024.
