Symptoms
The first time you run a preinstalled version of Office 2016, you see a screen with the title "Let's get started" and the options "Try", "Buy", and "Activate". If you close the screen immediately, and then open a blank Word, Excel, or PowerPoint document, Office might stop working (crash).
Resolution
Close the Office app and restart it. This is a temporary issue.
